&lt;p id='p_1'&gt;Setting the terms for the National Investigation Agency (NIA) in the alleged Kerala 'love jihad' case, the Supreme Court on January 23 said the central agency cannot probe the marriage of an adult woman 'who married out of her own free will'. 'The NIA can investigate whatever they like, but not the marriage of an adult woman who says she married out of her own free will,' a Supreme Court bench observed, referring to the marriage of Hadiya, 24, with Shefin Jahan, a Muslim man.&lt;/p&gt;
