There is nothing wrong if you are able to see a glass of water half full rather than half empty. But if you are a type of person who never complains and always tries to show themselves happy and uplifted, then you probably might be falling into the dangerous trap of fake 'positivity' which eventually becomes toxic for you and the ones you are around. While it is absolutely right to be optimistic and positive, it becomes problematic when a person starts rejecting negative emotions completely by saying, "Think of the brighter side", "Try to be positive" or "good vibes only". This visual story takes you through the ugly side of positivity and how it can be prevented.
