The newest addition to Christopher Nolan's cinematic master collection, Oppenheimer, is just round the corner. With lakhs of tickets sold in only India, Nolan is looking at another blockbuster.

The box-office estimation for any Nolan movie is always on the higher side of the scale and Oppenhiemer is no exception. But, will it be able to cross the margins set by Nolan’s previous works?

Here’s a look at the top five Christopher Nolan movies that Oppenheimer has to compete with at the box office.

At number five is Nolan’s 2017 movie, which focuses on the World War II evacuation at Dunkirk. The movie had a box office collection of $ 527,016,307.

Considered as the top visual masterpiece that the world of cinema has ever witnessed, at number 4 is Nolan’s space and time drama/thriller, Interstellar.

One of the critic favourites among all 11 movies Nolan has ever made, Interstellar managed to earn $ 716,218,351 at the box office.

Many consider that it was Nolan’s 2010 movie, Inception, that got his name on the list of one-of-a-kind directorial geniuses.
