Pomegranate is the national fruit of both Afghanistan and Azerbaijan. Pomegranate is rich in antioxidants and protects cells from damaging and reduces inflammation.

Cherry is the national fruit of Albania. Cherries are packed with nutrients, are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds. They also help improve blood sugar levels.
