Buns, potatoes, oil, hing, mustard seeds, onion, green chili, garlic, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, corriander leaves, gram flour, and baking soda.
Boil potatoes, and mash them. Then, add oil to a pan to fry garlic cloves, green chili, mustard seeds, ginger paste, hing, turmeric powder, and curry leaves.
Add the masala mix prepared in the pan to mashed potatoes with corriander leaves and salt. Mix everything and make the paste into balls.
Take some besan or gram flour, add baking soda, salt, and red chili powder. Make batter after adding water.
Dip the potato balls in the besan mix and deep fry till golden brown.
To assemble the dish, take the buns, add some green chutney and place the potato vada.
Serve with some garnishing of fried green chillies and additional chutney. Your vada pav is now ready!
