On November 7, Tuesday, scientists showed the first pictures taken by the European space telescope Euclid, and it was a beautiful collection of galaxies.

The photos were revealed by the European Space Agency, four months after the telescope Euclid was launched from Cape Canaveral, Florida, USA.

The European Space Agency said that Euclid provided images that were "razor-sharp" and "looking far into the distant universe."

In an image clicked by Euclid, the telescope captured a group shot of 1,000 galaxies in a cluster 240 million light years away.

Euclid is a wide-angle space telescope. It was launched in July 2023 from Cape Canaveral, Florida, USA. And the launch vehicle was SpaceX Falcon 9.

Euclid telescope is used to help find out how dark matter and dark energy have made the universe look like it does today.
