2. 1/2 cup of sugar
3. 1 tablespoon baking powder
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
5. 1 egg
6. 3/4 cup milk
7. 1/3 cup vegetable oil
8. 3/4 cup chocolate chips
1. Preheat the oven to 200 C.
2. In a large bowl mix 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt
3. In a small bowl, beat egg, milk, oil
4. Mix dry & wet ingredients, and fold in chocolate chips
5. Fill 12 paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full with the batter
6. Bake for 18-20 mins until the toothpick comes out clean
7. Cool for 5-10 mins before removing on to a wire rack
