In a first-time event, Dior debuted its Fall 2023 women's collection in India at the iconic Gateway of India in Mumbai.
The event was filled with Indian and Western stars, erstwhile Royals, and the who's who of business.
This year, Dior paid homage to Indian craftsmanship with its fashion show in Mumbai.
The runway, lined with traditional Indian floral designs, saw fusion beats from live musicians as models walked in director Maria Grazia Chiuri’s collection.
Photo: APFans were delighted to see Rekha at the fashion show. Wearing a timeless Kanjeevaram silk saree in mauve and gold hues, she looked mesmerising as always.
The show was also attended by Bollywood star Ananya Panday, who looked stunning and kept the overall vibe casual in pink Dior co-ords.
Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were also there. Anushka chose a yellow dress with a mini Dior bag, Virat was in a grey blazer, pants and white sneakers.
Sonam Kapoor wore a pink ensemble with an overcoat and laced juttis. For an Indian touch, she carried a bag, a choker necklace, jhumkis, and statement rings.
Isha Ambani and Radhika Merchant, Anant Ambani’s fiancée, was at the show. The two chose elegant maxi dresses with matching handbags.
Myra Rampal, daughter of actor Arjun Rampal and supermodel Mehr Jesia walked the ramp for the Dior show in a stunning hot pink off-shoulder dress.
International stars like Phakphum Romsaithong and Nattawin Wattanagitiphat, Simone Ashley, Maisie Williams and Cara Delevigne also added spark to the event.
