Pagan Island in the Northern Mariana Islands is an island with volcanic activity. It has been evacuated and public access is restricted for safety reasons.

Situated in the Venetian Lagoon of Italy, the island was a former quarantine site for plagues and a mental asylum. Presently, the island remains inaccessible to the public.
