Crawford Hotel in Denver was originally the Denver Union Station, 1881. It reopened in 2014 after $54 million was spent in its renovation to make it the Crawford Hotel.

St Louis Union Station Hotel in St Louis, USA is within the city's old union station. It was designed by Theodore Link and it first opened in 1894.

This was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1970. And it reopened in 1985 and it's now a luxury hotel, part of Hilton's Curio Collection.

Canfranc Estación in Canfranc, Spain reopened as a luxury hotel in 2023. This first opened as a train station in 1928 near the French border.
This was the world's first planned Union Station. Crowne Plaza chain restored the station as a hotel, where guests sleep in old Pullman train cars.
