Amla is rich in Vitamin C, antioxidants, and minerals that promote hair growth. Apply amla oil or have amla juice regularly to nourish your hair follicles and stimulate hair growth. You can also consume them directly.  

1. Amla for hair growth

It is the remedy approved by even Hollywood stars. Apply warm coconut oil to your scalp and hair, leave it overnight, and wash it off the next morning. This helps moisturise and condition the hair.

Fenugreek seeds do wonders for your hair, including treating dandruff. Soak fenugreek seeds overnight, grind them into a paste, and apply it to your scalp. Leave it for 30 minutes before rinsing.

Neem oil has antifungal and antibacterial properties, making it effective against scalp infections like dandruff and itchiness. Use neem oil like your regular oil but mix it with a carrier oil (like coconut or almond oil).

Aloe vera contains enzymes that promote hair growth and reduce hair fall. Extract fresh aloe vera gel from the plant and apply it to your scalp. Leave it for a few hours before rinsing.

Yoghurt helps balance the scalp's pH level and control excess oil production. Apply yoghurt to your hair and scalp, leave it for 30 minutes, & rinse thoroughly. This helps maintain a healthy scalp.

Hibiscus flowers are rich in vitamins and minerals that nourish the hair and strengthen the hair shaft. Grind hibiscus flowers and leaves into a paste, apply it to your hair, and leave it for an hour before washing.

Shikakai or Acacia concinna is a natural hair cleanser that doesn't strip the hair of its natural oils. Mix shikakai powder with water to form a paste and use it as a shampoo substitute.

Curry leaves are believed to help prevent premature greying of hair. Heat curry leaves in coconut oil until they turn black, strain the oil, and apply it to your hair. Regular use can help darken the hair and prevent greying.
