Out of all the meals of the day, it is the breakfast that we tend to skip. It could be for various reasons like waking up too late or hurrying to work, but trust us, that's the meal you should not skip.

One of India's favourite breakfasts and rightly so, is poha - flattened rice cooked with onions, peas, mustard seeds, and spices like turmeric and cumin. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with a squeeze of lemon.
