US President Donald Trump "never had a beer or any alcohol".
While no one knows if it's Trump or the beer makers who should be more happy about it, there is one thing on which everyone will agree with Trump — what a mess he would be if he starts drinking.
On Monday, the US President joked that "it is one of my only good traits". "Can you imagine if I had, what a mess I’d be? I'd be the world's worst."
Trump said all that while he was responding to questions about his Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's drinking and whether he thinks his nominee lied about how much he drank in school. Trump said he doesn't think Kavanaugh lied.
President Trump: "I'm not a drinker. I can honestly say I never had a beer in my life... I never had a glass of alcohol. I've never had alcohol... Can you imagine if I had? What a mess I'd be. I would be the world's worst. I never drank, OK?" https://t.co/QxLhFXkboB pic.twitter.com/CZ3ndjSZsV

Kavanaugh is being investigated by the FBI for alleged sexual misconduct that took place while he was reportedly drunk in high school.
All this and more drew laughter from the audience present around him.
With that, the US president once again managed to unleash his misogyny, peppered with some silly lines.
Now that Kavanaugh has almost outdone Trump as the new symbol of American right-wing misogyny, Trump won't let us forget that he is the original king of all that's despicable about the right-wing and misogyny.
During the same press conference on Monday, he first insulted a female reporter, ABC’s Cecilia Vega, saying, “She’s shocked that I picked her.”
Vega replied, “I’m not. Thank you, Mr President.” Trump, now assuming to have misheard her as saying, “I’m not thinking,” replied: “That’s okay. I know you’re not thinking. You never do.”
The White House official transcript altered Trump’s comments, so that the president is depicted as saying, “I know you’re not thanking”.

Official @WhiteHouse transcripts misquotes @POTUS today chiding @CeciliaVega (compare video to text). I was sitting just behind her in the Rose Garden and we all clearly heard him say: "I know you're not thinking. You never do.” https://t.co/Q2frFLjpKx pic.twitter.com/vIYoYOzXrS

Again, when CNN’s Kaitlan Collins kept pressing Trump on whether he would consider disqualifying Kavanaugh if he'd lied to Congress while under oath, Trump shut her up with: “You know what. You’ve had enough. You’ve really had enough.”
No one could perhaps make the US president understand that the world has had enough of him and his misogyny.
With or without any beer.
