Horrifying images of 'Napalm' singed children in Syria

Unbearably agonising and horrifying images of child victims of "napalm bombs" - notoriously used against Vietnamese people in the prolonged war by the United States in the last century - have come to the fore.

Dr Zaher Sahloul, a medical professional at the Syrian-American Medical Society hospital in Hama, Syria has tweeted out these images which he has taken himself.

It seems Bashar al Assad government's warplanes have carried out these airstrikes which has claimed several lives and injured many, many more, particularly very young children.

The incendiary bombs have burned their skins which are peeling off from their bodies, as it appears from the pictures tweeted out by Dr Sahloul.

These singed children of Syria have nowhere to go, and the nonstop aid raids, oestensibly to take out ISIS terrorists, have only resulted in more horrific deaths and injuries of hundreds of Syrian people.

Dr Sahloul said on Twitter: 'This is not a victim of American Napalm in Vietnam but a Syrian child victim of Assad's Napalm in Hama.'

Images of a blood-splattered little girl with a young boy on the hospital bed beside her have also stirred the global social media.

The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights confirmed a series of airstrikes since early on Thursday had killed at least 25 civilians, including six children, in northern Hama province.

Recently, the image of a bloodied young boy sitting alone in an ambulance - Omran Daqneesh - rescued from the ruins of a bomb-damaged building has rattled the world.

Baby Alan Kurdi's washed up body on Turkish beach still haunts the world. When will this cruelty stop?
