Bigg Boss 11 blog: Why the focus has suddenly shifted to musician Vishal Dadlani
Akash Dadlani's mother said she can prove Vishal a liar.
That it’s difficult to stay confined in a room with a group of more-or-less unknown people under 24X7 camera surveillance was proved once again as the near and dear ones of the Bigg Boss 11 contestants entered the house on Tuesday; this time for a longer stay. And within minutes, they started bickering with each other.
Bandgi Kalra, ex-housemate of Bigg Boss 11, and girlfriend of Puneesh Sharma was one of the “gharwale” gang which comprised Shilpa’s brother, mothers of Vikas, Luv, Priyank, Akash, and Hina Khan’s boyfriend Rocky Agarwal. They were kept in the same compound of the Bigg Boss house, but separated from the contestants by a wall. While they could see the contestants, the contestants could also see them through television.
Akash’s mother slams Vishal Dadlani
If we strain our brain a little, we may remember that Akash Dadlani, who is a rapper, claimed to be a relative of singer and composer Vishal Dadlani, who also sang and composed the hit song of “Swag se swagat” from Tiger Zinda Hai. However, Vishal Dadlani took to Twitter and refuted the claims made by Akash. Host Salman Khan, too, taunted Akash by calling him the “flickering light of the Dadlani clan” after Vishal Dadlani’s tweet.

On Tuesday, Akash’s mother refuted Vishal Dadlani’s claims and said they are very closely related. “I asked Akash not to take Vishal’s name. Akash’s father and Vishal’s fathers were cousins. We were not close to the family as I was outside India. Then we came to India and Akash decided to pursue a career as a musician, he got in touch with Vishal. He was not willing to help. After Akash took Vishal’s name on the show, he tweeted and referred him as a distant relative. We are not. I have photos in my wedding album to prove and I will prove,” Akash’s mother said.
This suddenly turned the social media tide in favour of Akash Dadlani, who was treated as a nuisance on the show so far.

Vikas never damaged anyone’s career, says mom
Vikas Gupta and Shilpa Shinde had a bitter past before they entered the show. Vikas was the programmer of the channel that aired Shilpa’s hit show Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai!. Shilpa had filed a police complaint against the makers of the show and quit it. It was believed that Vikas was behind this. The hatred continued inside the house before the two became friends on the show.
“There was nothing like that. Vikas is not such kind of a person. We never knew it before. The gossip was created after they entered the Bigg Boss house. I will talk to Shilpa,” Vikas’s mother said to Shilpa’s brother.
Shilpa wins cooking game, Hina wins comedy show
The contestants were given two tasks — cooking for the guests and making them laugh. While Shilpa won the cooking test, Hina won the comedy one, though Puneesh gave a better performance, according to many on social media.
