Priyanka Chopra is in India, in Goa, to be specific, alongside boyfriend Nick Jonas. Friends and family, including actor Parineeti Chopra, are giving company to the couple.

No, we haven't heard from the horse's mouth that Priyanka and Nick are a couple, but we would assume they are because it makes us happy to believe they are.
The next big thing that will make us happy is to see the two walk down the aisle, exchange vows and say "I do". This can be followed by or preceded with the conventional Indian saat pheras. Till then, we will keep Googling for all kinds of signs to ascertain their seriousness about the relationship, which we have assumed is on and rocking.
Apart from the photos that show the two "looking at each other" or holding hands, we have photos showing the two wearing similar rings. Must be promise rings, we will assume.
The photos and videos emerging from Goa appear to be happy photos but our happiness is incomplete because there is no news of marriage yet.
Not a cheesy chopra sister performance.Nope. @priyankachopra #DancingInTheRain pic.twitter.com/72BX6dxph9

We have a weird obsession with seeing celebrities married the moment we hear about them dating. A relationship, for us, is good but not good enough because all relationships must culminate into marriages.
But Priyanka and Nick must not think that we have reserved this obsession for them. Our fixation with seeing celebrity couples married is very democratic in nature.
So, along with Priyanka and Nick, we also want to know when Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are tying the knot. Of course, we also want to know if they are a couple in the first place.
While Deepika and Ranveer are yet to confirm their relationship, we want to see them married.
A special word of thanks is due here for Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja for their big, fat, star-studded wedding. The aunties in us were so relieved to see the two "settle down" after a fun-filled life of being girlfriend-boyfriend.
Sorry to have missed out on Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli. They too gratified us finally, despite all the suspense about those aircraft taking off from India and landing in Italy with close friends and family.
Thank you for ending the guessing game for us.
So, what is it that wants us to see celebrity couples "settle down" and not just continue having a good time as partners?
We see marriage as the ultimate truth of life, which is not just a part of life but life itself.
How can two people just go on living together, Intsagraming and tweeting photos and videos about the good time they are having without the promise of marriage? And not just promise, we will not rest in peace till those wedding promises are fulfilled.
This way of life might be fulfilling for them but it leaves a void in us. You may be successful, you may have a lot of people chasing you with marriage proposals or just wanting to be with you, but then, what does any of this mean if you haven't announced a wedding yet.
Hook-ups can be fun but they are not durable, we believe. They end. Marriage lasts — forever.
Time we leave Priyanka and Jonas and all those couples alone.
Marriage is not forever — only the diamond is.
