The jury's still out on whether Arvind Kejriwal's Odd-Even plan has helped ease Delhi's pollution crisis, but it is setting an example by sparing no defaulter.
And actor-BJP MP Paresh Rawal turned out to be just the odd VIP with the even-numbered car to get a lesson in law and order. The Gujarat MP promptly paid a fine for flouting the rule like a good citizen, and tweeted about the incident, apologising to Dilliwalas and their CM.
The actor, however, ended up doing a Babu Bhai in real life when he not only travelled in the wrong car, but also got the car number wrong. Clearing, feeling odd on an even day was just too much for Babu Bhai:
