New Years come with fitness resolutions which, in most cases, lose their way as the year grows old. But this resolution was nipped in the bud and Twitteratis couldn't stop laughing at what model-turned-marathoner Milind Soman proposed on the social networking site, a seven-hour marathon every day.
For the past few days, Soman has been switching off his mobile phone at 9pm after posting an update on Twitter in an attempt to promote healthy habits, including timely sleeping. While his tweet proposing 7-hour marathon can be one of 7-hour sleep, Twitter didn't waste time expressing shock, surprise and having fun.
Guys this year, I’m starting a new fitness resolution! Doing a 7 Hour Marathon every day! Yup, you read that right. Who wants to join me? #7hourmarathon

Difficult calculations
How many hours are left, if seven hours are taken away from a day? Yes, many people got into serious calculations and concluded that one needs to borrow hours from the next day!

10 hrs of office + 1 hr of getting ready + 8 hrs of sleep + 1 hr of eating + 7 hrs of running + 2 hrs of personal/social time. You borrow 5 hrs from the next day is it? ????????????????

Point!
This person has some serious concerns for the athlete.
Everyday?? ???? I am also a full marathoner, and love to run. But 7 hour Marathon (everyday) is obsessiveness and a waste even though it is very much possible physically. You have nothing to prove to anybody.
