Summers are still a month or two away but it is already that time of the year when you begin to crave for a refreshing drink after a few hours spent out in the afternoon. All bottled drinks also bottle up preservatives and sugars that do more harm than good to the body. The refreshment they offer may or may not be tasty but it is definitely unhealthy.
So raise a toast to good health with some refreshing home-made kanji, your perfect immunity booster. But mind you this is not an instant drink.
