Disgusting video of Chennai man flinging dog off terrace goes viral. Who is the beast?

Dogs are a man's best friend, there is no two ways about it. But trust a man to be a beast and unleash the worst possible cruelty on this hapless creature.

This video of a Chennai man flinging a dog from a terrace, going on viral on the net, is a sick display of the barbarity we can inflict on these beautiful and compassionate companions.

To the utter disgust of anyone watching the video - shot in slow motion for horrifying impact - the attacker breaks into laughter as the yelping dog falls to the ground with a thump. 

Soon after the video went viral, the Chennai cyber cell launched a probe into the incident and an NGO offered a cash reward for information about the attacker.

A man who throws a defenceless animal off a ledge for his entertainment, and films the ghastly act deserves no less punishment than what is awarded to a terrorist. Dogs must beware of man. It's no longer the other way around.
