Bigg Boss 11 blog: When housemates accepted Shilpa Shinde as the winner

After weeks of animosity and dirty fight for winning the show, finally it seems that the housemates are bowing in front of Shilpa Shinde’s popularity, when there is only a week left of this entertaining show.

On Weekend Ka Vaar episode host Salman Khan pulled up the housemates for not playing the task judiciously in which they were asked to rank themselves. The commoners, Akash Dadlani, Puneesh Sharma and Luv Tyagi, took the first three ranks leaving the rest three to the celebrities. It was not a logical ranking, Salman told the housemates and asked them to again rank, this time judiciously. And almost everybody accepted that Shilpa will be the winner.

Vikas, Hina, Luv, Puneesh consider Shilpa the winner

Apart from Akash, who considered himself as the winner, everybody else conceded to the fact that the former Angoori Bhabhi of Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai! has a huge fan following. Shilpa, however, said she considered Vikas Gupta as the winner. Going by the collective ranking of the housemates, Shilpa is going to win the show, while there might be a tie between Vikas and Hina over the second rank.

Luv to be eliminated today?

The live voting, which took place in the mall on Wednesday, will decide who will be eliminated on Sunday. In all probabilities, Luv Tyagi is going to bid adieu to the house. Initially, Luv was not prominent in the show. He was nominated for eviction a few times. But luck favoured him and every time he was saved. His friendship with Hina and now-evicted Priyank pushed him into the limelight and then he proved his grit in the last few weeks. However, he was not a popular face before he entered the house. He was not even associated with the television industry. While it was obvious that Shilpa and Hina would get maximum votes from live audience, Vikas and Luv were in disadvantage. Vikas, having a long association with Balaji Telefilms Limited, is also supposed to outnumber Luv in votes, though both were unknown faces to the television.

Puneesh Sharma, Shilpa’s friend in Bigg Boss house, always believed that Shilpa would win the show. But does Hina, Luv, Vikas toeing the same line come as a shocker? It should not be as this happened after they stepped out of the house and met their fans in a mall. Shilpa’s fandom, it seems, outwitted all of them.
