The policy has been rewritten and redesigned to make it easier for the users to understand it.

So, what’s new in this policy?

There are no new additions to the existing privacy policy of Meta.

The privacy policy remains the same. The aim behind the update is for the users to understand the existing policy better.

Meta has simplified the privacy policy and has introduced graphics, examples and videos for better understanding. The term data policy has been replaced by privacy policy.

“Meta is not collecting, using or sharing your data in new ways based on this policy update and we still do not sell your information,” Meta specified in the statement.

This will help improve transparency on how Meta is using your data.
