Your K-Pop Calendar for August 2023: Blackpink Born Pink tour to BTS J-Hope's Jack In The Box release

As we step into August, the K-pop industry has a thrilling lineup awaiting all K-pop fans in search of something new. Here is the schedule for the upcoming K-pop events in August:

August 1

K-pop XEED will be releasing their second mini-album titled "BLUE" on August 1, at 6 PM KST (Korean Standard Time) and 2:30 PM IST (Indian Standard Time).

 

August 3

MAMAMOO's first mini album "TWO RABBITS" with the title track "DangDang" will be released on August 3, at 6 PM KST (Korean Standard Time).

August 7

Jeon Somi's digital album will be released on August 7, followed by the physical album release on August 14. The album, titled "GAME PLAN," features the title track "Fast Forward."

August 11 and 12 

Blackpink's "BORN PINK World Tour Encore" will take place in the US at METLIFE Stadium for two consecutive days - August 11 and 12.

August 18

  • BTS J-Hope's title track "Jack In The Box (HOPE EDITION)" is set to release on August 18 at 1 PM KST and 9:30 AM IST.
  • TWICE's Jihyo will also release her solo mini album "Zone" with the first title track "Killin Me Good" at 1 PM KST and 9:30 AM IST.
  • The fourth single album of EVERGLOW, titled "ALL MY GIRLS," will be released at 6 PM KST.
  • Aespa's title track "Better Things" will be released at 12 AM KST and 8:30 PM IST.

August 23 

  • SEVENTEEN is preparing to release an album composed of all their best tracks in Japanese, entitled "Always Yours."
  • LE SSERAFIM will also release their second Japanese single, "vol.2 UNFORGIVEN."

  • Yerin is ready to release her second mini album, "Ready, Set, Love," at 6 PM KST.

August 26 

  • NCT has announced their standalone concert, "NCT NATION: To The World," which will begin on August 26.
  • The Krazy K-pop Super Concert inaugural event will be held at UBS Arena, Belmont Park, New York, and tickets are still available online.
