Wedding season is here, and this year, the celebrity wedding train is starting with actors Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram. The couple is set to get married today (November 29) in Imphal.

Randeep and Lin are all set to tie the knot in Imphal today, November 29. The couple took to Instagram to confirm the news of their wedding.
In a post shared by them on Instagram a few days ago, the two wrote, “A date with Destiny. 29.11.2023. Taking a leaf out of Mahabharata where Arjuna married Manipuri Warrior princess Chitrangada, we are getting married with the blessings of our families and friends. We are filled with immense joy to share that our marriage will take place on the 29th of November 2023, in Manipur, followed by a reception in Mumbai. As we set to embark on this journey, we seek your blessings and love from this union of cultures, for which we are forever indebted and grateful. In love and light, Lin and Randeep."

Who is Lin Laishram?
Lin Laishram is the founder and managing director of a jewellery brand called Shamooo Sana. Lin went to school in Mumbai and completed her graduation from Sophia College For Women, University of Mumbai.
Now, let's talk about her roles in Bollywood
- Lin made her Bollywood Debut with Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone's Om Shanti Om. She was last seen in Sujoy Ghosh's Jaane Jaan and the Amazon Prime Video anthology Modern Love: Mumbai.

How did the couple meet?
Recently speaking to the press, Randeep revealed that he met Lin at a theatre group. “We have been friends for a very long time, we’ve had a great friendship since we met,” he said.
Lin also added, “We met at Naseeruddin Shah’s theatre group called Motley. He was my senior there.”
