It is also found on the clips that Matsoukas, reportedly, performed acts of masturbation, indecent exposure around the parking lot and restrooms, apart from his case of abuse to his pet dog.
He was booked on all these charges and it is said that when cops came in with a warrant, he repeatedly begged them to shoot him down.
“I’m done, I’m dead. You don’t understand, I do it to blow off steam,” Matsoukas told rangers from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources.
The cops, after due investigation on the basis of the CCTV footage from the Rothrock State Forest, linked Matsoukas with a Subaru Outback and a North Face backpack that were present in multiple parts of the clips obtained.
The investigators said that the collie found in his apartments at the time of investigation, is the same one that they found on the clips.
Matsoukas has been charged in Huntingdon County with open lewdness, indecent exposure, sexual intercourse with an animal, cruelty to animals and disorderly conduct, the Centre Daily Times reported. The accused professor, who has been teaching at the university since 1991, has been relieved of his duties and put on indefinite leave by the management.
