Tempers soared to new heights at the Mexico City International Airport when computers and counters were smashed by a woman passenger over an airline refund dispute.
The furious woman destroyed a ticket counter by literally smashing computers really hard when her reservation went missing from the airline's system.
María Guadalupe, 56, lost her cool on July 4, Tuesday, after the flight reservation she made through a travel agency did not show up on the system of Volaris, the airline. Volaris is a Mexican ultra-low cost airline.
Frustration turned into fury when a Volaris agent told Guadalupe that they couldn't provide a refund and advised her to contact the travel agency for reimbursement. She went on a rampage, destroying the ticket counters, Daily Mail reported.

Antonio Nieto, a journalist for a Mexican outlet at the scene captured the incident on video, which has been circulated widely.
In the footage, Guadalupe can be seen forcefully grabbing computers and scanners, hurling them to the ground while shouting angrily at the employees.
"If you don't want to, don't give me the money back. I don't give a f***. But that's going to cost you," Guadalupe yelled.
Airport security quickly stopped Guadalupe from running away and the police arrested her. She was taken into custody soon after.
Volaris, the airline she was dealing with, has decided to take legal action against her for breaking their equipment and causing trouble for other passengers.
