A controversy surrounding YouTuber and self-proclaimed motivational speaker Vivek Bindra has escalated with accusations of domestic violence and criticism regarding his business courses.
The situation originated when an alleged victim of Bindra's course appeared on the show of YouTuber and motivational speaker Sandeep Maheshwari, prompting Maheshwari to highlight the alleged wrongdoing. This led to a series of video confrontations between the two YouTubers.
Additionally, reports emerged indicating that Bindra's wife was hospitalized due to injuries resulting from his alleged assault.
Bindra encountered legal issues when a case was filed against him on December 14, following a complaint by his brother-in-law, Vaibhav Kwatra.
The complaint outlined an incident that occurred on the morning of December 7, alleging that Bindra locked his newlywed wife, Yanika, in a room after an argument.

This led to Yanika suffering severe injuries, including a head wound and damaged ears, necessitating hospitalisation.
Yanika's lawyer, Vashu Sharma, informed Aaj Tak, "As soon as her client recovers, she will also meet the police to request the intensification of charges against Vivek."
As per recent reports, the Noida Police is probing the matter, and Bindra is booked under Sections 323, 504, 427, and 325 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

Accusations of financial exploitation surfaced against Bindra, alleging that his programs operated as a multi-level marketing scam.
Peri cited financial records, stating that Bindra earned Rs 308 crore in FY 2022 & 2023, with non-refundable franchisee fees constituting 74% of his total revenue.
The launch of his 10-day MBA program and a course promising monthly earnings between Rs 1 lakh to Rs 20 lakh raised concerns about the legitimacy of his initiatives.
