The ultimate luxury is to be able to furnish a desire that has only just been imagined. Something they've almost perfected back at Rolls Royce. Our weekend wrap of the finest and trendiest from the luxury citadels of the world begins at the home of Rolls Royce in Goodwood, England, with their latest bespoke Phantom Collection. Still in London, Heathrow makes good on first mover advantage with a personal shopping service for first and business class passengers. It's top hats for fashion trends and Fendi backpacks for travel companions.
Over the top
The Rolls Royce Phantom Limelight Collection, conceived for those who live life on the red carpet, proves once again why Phantom is considered "the best car in the world". This collection of 25 super-luxury motor cars boasts the "Phantom Suite" comprising unique personalised rear door panniers. The top right pocket, which is open, contains fragrance bottles in the gentlemen's pannier whilst in the ladies' are two watch or jewellery holders.
The bottom left pocket houses a universal vanity pouch made of the finest materials, with space for credit cards, business cards, spectacle storage or makeup. Whilst some mass-luxury car makers have installed an aircraft-style flat-bed seat in the rear, fitted with special safety devices to compensate for the resulting body posture, Rolls Royce engineers and ergonomists have worked closely with the medical profession to establish the new rear seat to feature first in the Phantom Limelight.
The seat back reclines the body by a recommended 27 degrees helping to rest the head on the headrest cushion. Lower down the body, a new calf rest raises electrically by 68 degrees to support the calf, whilst a foot rest emerges out of the floor to raise the feet up to 30 degrees, contributing to the perfect relaxed posture in motion. The 25-car collection will be available to order immediately from Rolls Royce motor car dealers around the world.

Service
Heathrow airport, one of the busiest in the world, has introduced the Heathrow VIP and Heathrow Personal Shopping service for both transit and destination passengers. This service, available to book for those travelling on first or business class, ensures arrival at a dedicated entrance, where a highly specialised team takes care of everything, while travellers can relax, work or spend time with their invited guests in their private lounge. Security procedures occur within their suite, and once the flight is ready they are chauffeur-driven directly to the aircraft. Similar is the case with arrivals, where a team waits to escort passengers off the aircraft and into their private lounge. Whilst they unwind, representatives assist with immigration formalities, luggage collection and departure via private luxury cars.
