For years, Indian beauty fanatics and makeup enthusiasts have been praying for one thing more than ever: the launch of Rare Beauty and Fenty Beauty in India. While we cannot comment on Fenty Beauty, it is finally exciting news that Selena Gomez's Rare Beauty is now available in the Indian market, and people are going crazy.

Just a day prior to the launch; i.e, yesterday, Indians went crazy, resulting in the Sephora website crashing. Today, the famous Lip Oil from Rare Beauty sold out in just 15 minutes.
Even though some people were super excited and could be found in Sephora stores and online today, others were not as thrilled. The reason behind their lack of enthusiasm was the high cost of Rare Beauty products, which did not align with the pricing standards in the Indian market.
Many people had complaints about the prices of the items being sold and they showed their anger on social media, of course.
Here are some reactions:

Rare Beauty was founded on February 22, 2019, by Selena Gomez and soon became a hit. Gomez, who is known for her passion for beauty, developed Rare Beauty. She aimed to challenge the notion of 'physical perfection and instead celebrate individuality' with the brand.
