Future expansion plans

  • DIAL has ambitious plans to expand the lounge's offerings further, introducing additional facilities for an even more luxurious experience.
  • The planned additions include a spa and fitness centre, sleeping pods, nap rooms, a cigar room, and a gaming zone. Travellers can also expect express laundry services, shower facilities, and a buggy service for convenient transportation within the lounge premises.
  • Currently spanning 22,000 square feet, the facility is projected to substantially expand, resulting in a final operational size of 30,000 square feet.

Enhancing passenger experience

  • DIAL's new initiative of launching Encalm Privé is part of a unified lounge strategy to optimise space and provide a premium experience to travellers.
  • Videh Kumar Jaipuriar, CEO of DIAL, expressed enthusiasm for the Encalm Privé lounge, highlighting its role in enhancing passenger experiences at Delhi Airport.
