Upon querying the name Barbie on babynames.com, the website reveals that this name originates from 'American' roots and carries the meaning "stranger." It further notes that the name Barbie enjoyed considerable popularity in the year 1964.
Ken, a name hailing from Scottish origins, signifies "handsome." This name reached its pinnacle in popularity during the year 1963.
