Notably, as of June 30, Billboard implemented new guidelines stating that digital download singles from artist webstores, such as Direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms, would no longer be factored into the calculation of the Hot 100 chart.

Despite these changes, Nicki Minaj's impact remains undeniable, as she managed to reach the top of the Billboard charts with her song "Barbie World" securing the No. 7 position. This noteworthy accomplishment stands as the highest chart position achieved by a female rapper to date for a movie soundtrack.
