MTV VMAs 2022 full winners list: From Taylor Swift to BTS, who won what

After last year's semi-virtual show, the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) 2022 got back to business as usual. With stars like LL Cool J, Nicki Minaj and Jack Harlow hosting the show, it was punctuated by beeps and chaos. The VMAs were held at the Prudential Centre in Newark, New Jersey, US on August 28.

Taylor Swift became the first in VMAs history to win Video of the Year, for a solo self-directed video. She now also holds the record for the most wins for Video of the Year. She also announced her new album, Midnights, during the show. Midnights is slated for an October 2022 release. 

K-Pop group BTS also broke a record by winning the Group of the Year award for the fourth consecutive time at VMAs.
