The leader of the popular K-pop group TWICE, Jihyo, has garnered immense support from fans in response to recent allegations of rude behaviour.
Despite a negative article on Koreaboo, fans have flooded the internet with tweets, photos, videos, and posts to show their unwavering support for the singer.
Currently on their 'Ready To Be' World Tour, TWICE, known for their dedicated fanbase called 'Once,' has been touring since May.
Fans have been actively sharing the story on various platforms, defending Jihyo by providing videos, photos, and personal encounters that contradict the allegations.

The controversy originated from a fan's post on the online forum Reddit. The fan shared their encounter with Jihyo and another group member, Nayeon, at a store the day after their Chicago concert.
While attempting to compliment their performance, Jihyo's response was perceived as condescending with a curt "Thank you." However, fans on Reddit rallied behind Jihyo, criticizing the act of turning a Reddit post into a story.
Fans also highlighted the issue of Sasaengs, devoted followers in South Korean culture who intrude on the lives of idols and public figures, emphasizing that idols are also human beings.
It's worth noting that these types of allegations are not uncommon in the K-pop industry. For instance, Aespa member Ningning faced similar accusations of rudeness in 2022, when she attempted to escape from overwhelming screams and flashlights from fans.
Despite being labeled ungrateful by Sasaeng fans, Ningning's supporters defended her, citing a misunderstanding.
Twice's Tour dates show that the band will take a break after July and resume from September.
THIS JUST IN: It's now official.
