Ed Sheeran to return to India in 2024. Will he attend another Bollywood party?
Ed Sheeran is all set to make a comeback in India in 2024 as part of his '+ - = · x Tour.' If you're wondering how to pronounce it, well, according to Sheeran, it is called the 'Mathematics' concert. After much anticipation, he has confirmed his arrival in India.

- The India stage of this much-anticipated tour will conclude his Asia Tour.
- The concert is set to be held at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse, Mumbai, on March 16, 2024.

- It will feature singer-songwriter Calum Scott as a special guest.
- The show will be co-produced by BookMyShow, and the tickets will go live on October 27, 2023, with pre-sales of the tickets supposed to go live on October 25.
Not the first time
But this is not the first time that the four-time Grammy winner is coming to India, rather we would say he has had his fair share of Indian tours and well, Bollywood.
Let's talk about the first time he came to India, which was rather chaotic and you must have seen Ed's pictures definitely circulating from the Bollywood party he was in, not the concert.
So, in case you missed it, here's what happened:
- Ed Sheeran visited and performed his first-ever show in Mumbai in 2015, after the concert, he wanted to see a "Bollywood party", and he was hosted by Abhishek Bachchan and Farah Khan.
- The party had all the glam from Bollywood, along with alcohol, and other Bollywood stars like Malaika Arora.

Apart from this, the singer also posed with Farah Khan and Farah in her tweet (yes from 2015), mentioned about how "she made a new friend".

Fun Fact: Years later Farah Khan revealed that by the time she was partying with Ed Sheeran, she had no idea how "big of a deal he was".

The 2017 concert: The iconic blue Kurta
Now, that you've recovered from that, let's take a look and Ed's next tour in 2017. Called the Divide Tour, Ed Sheeran, had this tour in Jio Garden grounds in Mumbai, it looked like this time Ed did learn from his mistakes and had a rather traditional approach.

This tour was also hugely successful like his 2015 tool, as the concert was attended by more than 10,000+ audiences, and we did not see any leaked photos of any Bollywood party he had.
