Wedding bells are ringing for Charlie Puth, who announced on the morning of September 7 that he and his girlfriend, Brooke Sansone, are engaged.
Puth, 31, took to Instagram on Thursday to share a series of photos, capturing the newly engaged couple savoring slices at Lucali's Pizza. Another photo that stole the spotlight featured Brooke Sansone's dazzling pear-cut engagement ring.

- In the photos, Brooke was elegantly attired in a white sundress and mirrored sunglasses, while Puth donned a white T-shirt and distressed jean shorts.
- The American singer captioned the pictures with heartfelt words, "I flew to New York to ask my best friend to marry me, and she said yes. I am the happiest, best version of myself, and it's all because of you, Brookie. I love you endlessly, forever and ever."
- Brooke Sansone, 24, also shared a close-up selfie on her Instagram Story, showcasing her diamond ring prominently. Sansone works as a digital marketing and PR coordinator for a design consultancy.
The engagement comes nearly a year after Puth made his relationship with Sansone Instagram-official while celebrating his birthday in December 2022.
Celebrity friends of the "Attention" singer wasted no time in extending their congratulations to him and Sansone. John Legend commented, "Congratulations!" in the section below.
The engaged couple has been in the public eye for quite some time.
- They made their red-carpet debut in February at Clive Davis' Pre-Grammy Gala in Los Angeles.
- They were also spotted together at the Global Citizen Festival in New York City in September 2022, along with members of Puth's family.
- In October 2022, Puth appeared on The Howard Stern Show, where he shared his feelings about being in love with someone from his past, saying, "It’s nice to have someone close to you that you’ve known for a very long time."
