Lucy Ash

The author was brought up in London and has spent much of her professional life covering Russia and the former Soviet Union. When the USSR collapsed she was living in Moscow and stayed throughout the seismic changes there during the early nineties. She remains a frequent visitor. She has also reported on the social and economic changes faced by China.
