Prime Minister Narendra Modi will soon politicians, sportspersons, actors, celebrities and a host of world leaders - as a wax figure at Madame Tussauds museum in London London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Bangkok in April, the wax museum announced.
Describing Modi as a "hugely important figure in world politics", the museum said the Indian PM had given the museum’s team of artists and experts a sitting at his residence in New Delhi earlier this year.
A Youtube video released by the Madame Tussauds says the PM's figure will be dressed in his "signature Kurta in cream with jacket and he will be featured in a traditional pose making a namaste gesture".
The iconic wax museum is already home to famous Indian personalities, such as leaders like Mahatma Gandhi and Indira Gandhi, Bollywood stars Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwariya Rai, Madhuri Dixit and cricker Sachin Tendulkar.
