Google has announced that as a part of its global launch, Pixel 6a phones will be available in India from July 28. Â
It has arrived in India and is now available for pre-order on Flipkart. The phone has an MRP of Rs 43,999, but it is available with a few offers and discounts.
The Pixel 6a phone was shown at Google's annual developer conference a few months ago. The last Pixel device that was launched in India was the Pixel 4a in 2020.
The Pixel Buds Pro is also coming to India at a price of Rs 19,990.
Features: The Pixel 6a is powered by the Google Tensor chip, the first to be designed by Google, which the company claims makes the Pixel 6a super-fast and responsive. The phone has a 6.1-inch OLED screen and comes with a dual-tone metal and glass design.
Price and discounts in India: The Pixel 6a’s official MRP is Rs 43,999 and will be sold only on Flipkart. However, during the pre-booking, Axis Bank card users can get a Rs 4,000 discount on the purchase of the Pixel 6a, bringing the price down to Rs 39,999.
Google has also said that if a consumer decides to exchange their previous Pixel phone, they will get a discount of Rs 6,000 on Pixel 6a. There is a Rs 2,000 discount on the exchange of any other phone.
Pixel Buds: Google has also decided to sell the Pixel Buds Pro in India. This will also be available on Flipkart from July 28. The price of Buds Pro is Rs 19,990. Google says that the Buds Pro will offer up to 11 hours of music playback and has smart features like silent seal and transparency mode.
