The results of the Assembly elections of the five states of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Telangana and Mizoram are being seen as the semi-finals to the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. The ruling BJP led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is facing a huge challenge from a Rahul Gandhi-led revived Congress in the states of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
