It appears that Elvish Yadav has once again found himself in a tight spot following the recent bust of a rave party by Noida police, where snakes, including cobras, and their venom were discovered, seemingly intended for the party, as reported by India Today.
Late on Thursday night, the police cracked down on a rave party in Noida, resulting in the arrest of five individuals.
Interestingly, among the names involved in the case is Elvish Yadav, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT, who was reportedly not present at the party but is alleged to have organised it.
During the operation, the police stumbled upon an unexpected find - a total of nine snakes, five of which were cobras, along with quantities of snake venom, as reported by India Today.
Elvish Yadav's involvement came to light during the questioning of the detained individuals. They confessed to supplying snakes for the parties hosted by the Bigg Boss OTT winner.
The police launched an investigation into the matter based on a complaint lodged by Gaurav Gupta, an Animal Welfare Officer associated with the People For Animal (PFA), an organisation affiliated with Maneka Gandhi.
In a statement to India Today TV, Maneka Gandhi emphasized, "We became aware because influencer Elvish Yadav has been promoting it. Elvish needs to be arrested - he is the kingpin."
Gaurav's complaint alleged that Elvish and several other content creators were involved in hosting parties featuring snakes and venom, particularly at farmhouses in Noida.
Moreover, the PFA officer asserted that these gatherings were illegal rave parties that allegedly involved the participation of foreign women invited to consume snake venom and other narcotics.
Currently, the Noida Police is actively searching for Elvish Yadav in the Delhi NCR area. Interestingly, a recent investigation by dailyO revealed that Elvish had uploaded an Instagram story promoting one of his reels just an hour prior.
After the whole controversy broke out, Elvish Yadav took to his social media accounts and claimed that all the allegations against him were without any proof and 'fake'.
