Donald Trump is back. With his party on the verge of capturing the House of Representatives in the ongoing midterm elections, Trump today announced his next presidential candidacy for 2024.
What Trump seeks has only happened once before in US history, when Grover Cleveland was elected president for two non-consecutive terms (22nd and 24th President).
In order to make America great and glorious again, I am tonight announcing my candidacy for president of the United States

Ironically, Donald Trump, who has relentlessly attacked the integrity of US voting since his 2020 election defeat, now wants to shoulder the whole burden of making "America better".
This will not be my campaign, this will be our campaign altogether.

What legal problems can Trump face? Even though Trump's party appears to be capable of securing house seats, it was unable to acquire the senate seats and did not bring the 'red wave' as expected, despite Trump backing and campaigning for several of the senates.
Here is the legal cloud that covers him, ever since he announced his presidency:
January 6, 2020 - US Capitol Attack: Several US prosecutors, congressmen, and investigators blame Donald Trump for actually pouring fuel, after his defeat, which led to the January 6, 2020 attack on the US White House by right-wing extremists. An investigative committee is expected to submit a report before the end of the year, probably concluding its inquiry.
Two of Trump's corporations are charged with nine charges of tax fraud, grand theft, and fabricating company documents in a 15-year plan to cheat tax authorities by neglecting to declare and pay taxes on employee remuneration.
Mar-a-Lago documents: The US Justice Department is investigating whether records from the Trump White House were mishandled when they were delivered to his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida after he left office. A federal grand jury in Washington has been formed, and potential witnesses to Trump's handling of the documents have been examined.
The National Archives, which is in charge of collecting and processing presidential material, has stated that at least 15 boxes of White House materials, including some classified records, were recovered from Mar-a-Lago. The investigation is still on.
Several other people have sued him for the role that he played in 'maligning the 2020 elections'.
It will be interesting to see what could come next for Trump. Will it be a Biden vs Trump Presidential election in 2024?
