It looks like IndiGo is in great trouble these days for their customer service, as a new day means new trouble in aviation paradise. This time, it's comedian Kapil Sharma, who has taken to his Twitter account to slam IndiGo for its customer service.
He further highlighted that people, including elderly passengers and individuals using wheelchairs, were suffering due to the delay.
In a press release, IndiGo responded by stating that the delay on the Chennai to Mumbai flight on Nov 29 was due to operational reasons and reassured that passengers were kept informed about the delay.
However, Kapil Sharma contested this, mentioning the absence of a pilot in the cockpit, contradicting IndiGo's explanation.
On the same day, November 29, another user, Kanupriya Jain, took to Twitter to report a similar incident involving the delay of IndiGo flight 6E 397 from Mumbai to Bhopal. They mentioned waiting at the airport for the past three hours due to the delay.
Yesterday, on November 29, Director Vivek Agnihotri also criticized popular airline IndiGo, claiming that he and fellow passengers were stuck on a flight for over one and a half hours without information, water, or clean toilets.
The recent customer service performance of IndiGo is receiving criticism, and these cases further contribute to the already tarnished reputation of the airline.
