On September 14, BTS K-pop group leader RM hosted a belated birthday livestream on Weverse, following his birthday on September 12. During the livestream, the rapper candidly revealed how his recent bout of clumsiness resulted in a foot injury.

RM has playfully acknowledged his reputation for clumsiness, earning him the endearing title of 'God of Destruction.'

This reputation has often led to on-camera mishaps that amuse and endear him even more to ARMYs, the dedicated BTS fan base. However, this time, his clumsiness had more serious consequences.

RM's clumsiness leads to a mishap

  • During the livestream, RM mentioned that he was currently limping due to a recent foot injury.
  • The injury occurred while he was working out and accidentally dropped a 5kg weight on his foot, specifically on his joint.
  • Accepting his long-standing history of clumsiness, RM playfully remarked, "I've been through this kind of thing every day for 30 years."

While RM took it casually, BTS's devoted fans, known as ARMYs, couldn't help but express their concern and wish for his swift recovery with minimal discomfort.

However, during the live session, RM also shared insights into his skincare routine.

So, what is  RM's skincare routine?

South Koreans and K-Pop idols are often admired for their flawless skin, leaving fans eager to uncover their skincare secrets.

  • Recently, a fan asked BTS's RM about his skincare routine during a live broadcast on Weverse.

'Do you have a skincare routine?'

  • Surprisingly, RM revealed that his skin tends to worsen when he visits a dermatologist.

I don't the word, but actually when I go to skin hospital, my skin gets worse because I don't know… I'm just not fit with the… I don't know… Some lasers or care.

  • Professional skincare treatments, such as lasers, do not yield favorable results for his skin type. Instead, RM credits his clear skin to his natural genetics, prompting a moment of silent self-appreciation for his genes.

So, I just… I think, unfortunately, skin is like 80% by DNAs, genes. Sorry, I'm born with it.
