With Bihar becoming the fourth Indian state after Gujarat, Kerala and Nagaland, to implement a blanket ban on alcohol, there's an expected hue and cry among the chatterati and celebrities who are naturally irked.
Rishi Kapoor, ace actor and someone who doesn't mince his words, has also his two cents to offer on Bihar entering the prohibition era.

Nitish Kumar, however, is unmoved.
Implementing his poll promise, the Bihar chief minister has said: "We were overwhelmed by people's response to the ban on country liquor. We had been getting numerous calls from women groups and other sections of people about unauthorised liquor stocks. Our total ban is prompted by the people's response. We were able to create an ambience that supported complete ban on any kind of liquor".
However, as voiced by Rishi Kapoor, there are fears that this move will encourage bootlegging and mass-manufacturing of hooch, or illicit liquor, causing a black market of illegal alcohol to flourish.
How will the Bihar CM cope?
