Modi sarkar's leap year Budget ruined a good number of Indians' appetite and left scores fuming (while they still can) on a manic Monday, with fresh curbs like sin tax on tobacco, yet another hike in service tax - helping it play the party pooper yet again after the latest crackdown on kids in the capital.
As gold got dearer and luxury cars more expensive, Twitterati trolled Vikaspurush, asking for a Troll tax and more:
