The Special Cell of Delhi Police has successfully apprehended the fifth accused in the Parliament security breach case, that took place on Wednesday, December 13, reported Press Trust of India, while one is still on the run.
The six individuals, accused of planning and executing the intrusion on the 22nd anniversary of the 2001 Parliament attack have also been charged with the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

The breach coincided with Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun's threat to attack the Parliament on or before December 13 and the anniversary of the 2001 Parliament attack by LeT and JeM terrorists which claimed 9 lives.
