Why you should take life easy and laughter seriously

Relationship issues? Just laugh!

Don't stress. Just laugh!

Ha ha ha. Yes, I have just laughed and neither there’s anyone to crack a joke nor anything funny to make me chortle. Sounds weird? But, I have a reason behind laughing without a reason.

Let’s come straight to the point. Just laugh! That’s the reason and solution both, to many day to day problems, at least to me.

No, I am not kidding. And believe me; there are many like me who take laughter “seriously”.

1. Tired of illness? Just laugh!

We all know that stress affects our health and, laughter works as an antidote for many diseases, especially stress and depression. It has been proved that laughter has a profound impact on the immune system. So, just ask stress or fear to take a back seat and let laughter hold the steering wheel of your life’s vehicle.

Enjoying the “healthy” journey? Ha ha ha, I knew it.

2. Low energy levels at work? Just laugh!

Oh, we all feel low at times at work. Just laugh at your problem and laugh with your team mates whenever you can. You will see a remarkable drop in your stress level.

Even the bosses should plan laughter sessions for better performance in the workplace, which means, better productivity and increased profits too. Wow!

3. Academic pressure? Just laugh!

Children are being pressured by their parents and teachers to attain good grades. Just laugh, kids, to fill yourself with new energy and confidence to study well. Laughter helps to improve concentration and emotional intelligence too.

And, don’t fear your parents and teachers. Start laughing along with them. It will benefit you all. So, learn to laugh and laugh to learn.

4. Relationship issues? Just laugh!

Have you ever heard fights helping in sorting out family or love life issues? Still we choose to scream our lungs out to prove our point. Relax. Just laugh at your petty problems. This time, with sound and with the one you have an issue. In the beginning, you both might feel weird but, in the next moment, you can feel the issues fading away. Isn’t it great?  

Laughter is a “proven” stress buster and the best medicine, as we all know. So why is it so difficult for us to make it a part of our lives? Just remember, becoming addicted to stress just deteriorates our health, life and future.

So, let’s start consuming the “laughter” medicine from today and say good bye to stress, forever. And yes, there are many laughter clubs also. Find the one near you. Ha ha ha.
